Our intake form has been created to get a full picture of your pet and situation. Please be as open and truthful as possible to ensure that we can provide the most useful resources to your pet.
SPEAK WITH AN INTAKE COORDINATOR`
Our intake coordinators will speak with you by phone to get to know you and explain the full intake and adoption process. We will schedule the intake at that time.
You may request updates via photos and videos for the lifetime of the pet. We will do our best to accommodate all requests within a timely manner.
Once all intake requirements are fulfilled, we will arrange for transfer of the pet to their foster home.
Intake Requirements
1. We do ask that all pets come with at least two weeks worth of food. This ensures that we can have enough time to get more or time to complete a proper transition to a healthier diet .
2. We ask that the pet come with any blankets, toys, etc. that they have attachment to. Familiar objects from home are comforting during the transition period.
Donations:
A donation of any amount upon intake assists us to properly vet, provide food, toys, etc. and continue to help dogs in need.
No amount is too small or too large! Even $5 helps provide for the pets in need.
